Building a 1/144th scale Battleship Yamato

MAKE Flickr photo pool member Doublellama is building a 1/144th scale model of the IJN Battleship Yamato. So far, hot wire foam cutting experimentation – this is a portion of the hull, there will be 21 frames total. Sounds like a great project, follow the progress here – Link.
