As prop and costume builder Shawn Thorsson works to build a life-size replica of RoboCop’s ED-209 robot for Maker Faire Bay Area, he’s walking us through some of the techniques and skills he using along the way. In this tutorial, he breaks down how to use body filler, i.e. Bondo.
