Custom Cutoff Shorts

Sometimes simple ideas can be the most effective. When blogger HeyLucy recently turned a pair of khaki pants into cutoff shorts, she didn’t just leave a raw edge at the hem (like I probably would have, I must admit!). She added this red homemade binding, which takes them from plain cutoffs into a pair of custom shorts.
