Megan at Princess Lasertron, a wedding designer and blogger with pretty much the most unexpectedly awesome blog name ever, shared this tutorial for making paper ball garland with magazine pages.
As someone who once planned her own wedding—and had all of the glossy magazines to prove it—I think this project is the perfect way to get rid of that beautiful stack of paper once the big day rolls around. Plus, because ball garland goes with any kind of celebration, you can pull it out any time you have a party, then use it to decorate for the holidays!
