Rah of That’s Noice! posted a super simple tutorial for making mini “cupcakes” to put on top of your regular-sized cupcakes. Spoiler alert: It’s just a mini Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup with frosting on top. I love the completely frivolous cupcake-on-a-cupcake look. Serve them alongside some Oreo-Stuffed Chocolate Chip Cookies!
