One of my students, Brian Bernhard, made this really awesome tutorial video as “Uncle Pappy,” the slightly demented but good-natured clown, showing you how to set up your BBQ grill for some delicious warm-weather culinary delights. He’s also written up an Instructable to guide you through the process! I agree with his assessment of the charcoal chimney as the secret weapon in grilling.
