It’s pineapple season, and while looking for pineapple recipes that are off the beaten path, I came across this mouthwatering recipe for Pineapple Loaf with Lime Glaze posted by Ceecee on her Within the Kitchen blog. She used fresh pineapple and suggests adding cherries to the mix. Yum! (via TasteSpotting)
