Kristen Rask of Plush You! just had her second annual soup exchange with friends, and posted up one of their recipes for southwestern pumpkin soup. Now, I can safely say that’s it ‘s not pumpkin season here in the southwest, but for the rest of you this should take the edge off of that cold weather you’ve been getting. This recipe is very similar to my friend Sarah’s squash soup recipe.
