Creepy Irregular Skull Cookies

These skull cookies are endearing because they are weird and irregular. Although, they look more like zombies to me. They’re neat because they are made up of two layers – the darker chocolate layer underneath, and the vanilla layer with the face cutout on top. Make them for Halloween or Day of the Dead!
