PaperBrick is a simple, yet powerful idea. Take cardboard and paper, soak them in water and compress them in little bricks for your fire. Using a caulking gun and a PaperBrick tube (including two compressing part). Let the brick dry 3 days in the summer, 5 in the winter and here you go!

Kenshõ, a massive interactive LED and wood structure from Daniel Popper with music composed by Markus Wormstorm. This installation was played at night and the center bottom piece can be removed to have a seat for a DJ to play at AfrikaBurn (Regional event of Burning Man in South Africa).
The Sci-Bono Discovery Centre definitely has a feel similar to the New Hall of Science. Great places for Maker Faires around the world.

A great venue, the Sci-Bono Discovery Centre. The place has the vibe and feel of the New York Hall of Science. Can only be a great location for a Maker Faire!
Maker Faire Africa wrapped up this weekend with an incredible turnout. The event was held at the Sci-Bono Discovery Center in Johannesburg. As you can see in the slideshow above, supplied by Omar Soubra, there was a very wide variety of attendees and fun was had by all.
