Get ready for some circuit bending, sound mixing madness. Gijs Gieskes is an industrial designer from the Netherlands. Heโs got quite a collection of audio and video electronics projects, but Euroboy is what we are interested in today.
The Euroboy control panel integrates electronics to produce cool circuit bending sounds with a Gameboy as input. Photo from the http://gieskes.nl/ website.
The Euroboyโs electronics amplify the audio output of the Gameboy and mix it with signals from between the cartridge and the Gameboy. The result is pretty amazing sound that Gijs can mix and alter with his audio rack setup, integrated with other modules he created.
Hereโs Euroboy playing some cool electronic tunes.
