We have a World Maker Faire Daily widget on the front page of the Maker Faire site which includes a blog feed, the Faire’s Facebook page, and Twitter feed/Faire chatter. You can even add the widget to your own site if you want.

We’ll be posting salient content from the Faire here on Make: Online up to and throughout the Faire this weekend, but if you’re looking for up to the minute content and resources specific to fairgoers, check the feed.
