Today on Food Makers, a Google+ hangout on air, I’ll be joined by Langdon Cook. Langdon is the author of Fat of the Land: Adventures of a 21st Century Forager. It’s a great book about, well, living off the fat of the land and foraging for food in the wild. In addition to being a writer (check out his delicious blog), Langdon is a teaches classes on wild foods and the outdoors.
