The folks at Olabisi Wines decided to use reclaimed shipping pallets and wine casks for the shelving in their tasting room. The result is rustic and a fine example of reuse, with spaces perfectly sized for wine bottles. Shipping pallets have come in handy in so many projects, they’ve started to become a staple in certain design aesthetics.

This playground, built in the Netherlands by architecture firm 2012Architecten repurposes used windmill parts to create a playground complete with slides, towers, and tunnels. It’s great to see a project that reuses materials on such a large scale.
